Term of sale

These Terms of Sale govern the sale of products on eclatnailsart.com (the "Site"). By placing an order, you fully and unreservedly accept these Terms of Sale.

The Site is operated by Éclat and is governed by French law.

2. Purpose

These Terms of Sale set out the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of products offered on the Site to individual consumers.

3. Products

Éclat sells press-on nails, adhesive tabs and gel for applying press-on nails, and nail care products. Product photographs are provided for illustrative purposes and are not contractually binding, although we make every effort to ensure descriptions are accurate.

4. Orders

Orders are placed exclusively online through the Site, either via a personal account or as a guest. Validating your order constitutes full acceptance of these Terms of Sale. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a dispute, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in euros, inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment is made securely at checkout. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Your order is processed once payment has been confirmed.

6. Delivery

We ship worldwide. Processing and delivery times, as well as shipping costs, are detailed on our Delivery Information page and are confirmed before you finalise your order.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer law, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason. Exception: for hygiene reasons, products that have been opened, used, or removed from their sealed packaging cannot be returned or refunded.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. Outside the legal withdrawal period, no returns or refunds will be accepted, except for defective items or in the event of an error on our part.

9. Promotions and Discounts

We may occasionally offer promotions, discount codes, and gift cards, which are subject to the specific conditions communicated at the time they are issued. Offers cannot be combined unless expressly stated, and one discount code may be used per order.

10. Customer Account

You may create an account to access your order history, track your shipments, and manage your personal information. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable resolution. Failing this, the French courts shall have jurisdiction.
