Delivery Information
We ship worldwide. Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Processing Time
Our press-on nails are handmade, so order processing typically takes 3 to 15 business days. Once your order is prepared, it is handed over to the carrier and you will receive a shipping confirmation.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- France & Monaco: 3–5 business days
- Europe: 5–12 business days
- United States & Canada: 7–14 business days
- Rest of the world: 7–15 business days
Please note that these timeframes are estimates and do not include the processing time above.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is free in France on orders over 59€, and free internationally on orders over 119€.
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your destination country and the total weight of your package. The exact cost is displayed before you confirm your order.
Liability
Éclat cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier, peak periods, or external events beyond our control (such as customs processing, weather conditions, or strikes).
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number so you can follow your package in real time.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please make sure to carefully check your delivery address before completing your purchase. Éclat cannot be held responsible for non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address.
Unclaimed or Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us because it was not collected, was refused, or had an incorrect address, any reshipment fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
